Settlement between the daughter of Ibrahim Khan Sa‘d al-Dawlah [Gawhar Taj Khanum] and her grandson, Ibrahim Khan (with guardianship of his father ‘Ali Akbar Khan As‘adi) over half of the Jahan Abad farm in Rigan for one hundred dinars and some wheat, the Bibi Zava’i garden in Mahdab and its water usage for one hundred dinars, and some crystal candies. After Gawhar Taj Khanum’s death, the income from these properties should be used for renumeration of prayers and fasts for fifty years, Qur’an recitations, offerings of food, and expenses for sending forty people to pilgrimage.

Land settlements, 1846 to 1858
Haji Badi‘, son of ‘Ali Muhammad, had assigned Aqa Hasan as the executor of his will. He asked Aqa Hasan to sell a piece of property that he had purchased to pay back his debts and to use the rest for other expenses, such as hiring people to pray and fast on his behalf. On March 20, 1846, after Haji Badi‘'s death, Aqa Hasan sold this property to Haji Mirza Muhammad Husayn, the guardian of the deceased's underage children, for forty tumans and five thousand dinars. Marriage contract of Khavar and Haydar, 1919
Marriage contract of Khavar, daughter of the late ‘Ali Akbar, and Karbalayi Haydar, son of the late Karbalayi ‘Ali Quli; the mahr is fifty tumans, some gold worth ten tumans, some copperware worth five tumans, a carpet worth five tumans, a male servant/slave worth five hundred tumans, one-sixth of a house in Faridun Bayg along with a piece of land adjacent to it, and one female slave, dated February 16, 1919. On December 18, 1925, Khavar settles her mahr with her husband for two thousand [dinars] and some sugar cubes as he has taken her several times for pilgrimage to the holy shrines in Iraq.
